Brandon Cezar

Brandon Cezar has practiced structural engineering at Nagamine Okawa Engineers Inc. since joining the firm in 2015.  His professional experience includes design for commercial buildings and design and investigation of educational and institutional facilities.  He also has experience in design and inspection of bridges, repair and rehabilitation of bridge structures, and bridge load rating using AASHTOware and finite element software for government agencies.  A few of his noteworthy projects include DOT Maui Bridge Scour Analysis and Assessments, DOT Maui and Kauai Bridge Inspections, Maui County Kaupakalua Bridge Emergency Replacement, Turtle Bay Infrastructure Improvements, and DOE Kahuku Highschool Girls Locker Room and Bleachers.  

Brandon Cezar has his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degree from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
