Maxx Cullen Toyama, S.E.

Maxx Cullen Toyama has practiced structural engineering at Nagamine Okawa Engineers Inc. since joining the firm in 2016. His professional experience includes design and investigation of educational and institutional facilities and military structures. He also has experience in design and inspection of bridges, bridge load ratings, and inspection of underwater structures as a commercially certified diver. A few of his noteworthy projects include Hilo Benioff Medical Center Expansion, Fort Shafter Building 502 Barracks Repair, Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam Working Dog Treatment Facility Replacement, Koukouai Bridge Repair, DOT Statewide Traffic Signal Modernization, and DOE Aiea Intermediate School Band Room Extension.
Maxx Cullen Toyama has his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degree from Seattle University.
