Nagamine Okawa Engineers Inc. served as the engineer of record for this luxury time share that consist of 258 guestrooms.  In addition to numerous six-story guestroom buildings on the 11 acre, oceanfront site is a four-story parking structure, pool bar, health spa, restaurants and main lobby. The foundation system consists of drilled piers, typical floors are constructed of post-tensioned concrete and roof is framed with structural steel.  Site retaining structures are also provided throughout the property.
